Class Description
Foundation – This class will educate the student through Asanas (postures) and breathing (pranayama).
A gentle introduction to sequences you can take home to practice.
Shakti Balance – This class requires some experience or the desire to be challenged, to deepen your practice and learn some more challenging sequences. Most of all this class is designed to have fun!
Yoga Nidra – This is an ancient practice that is rapidly gaining popularity in the west. Intended to induce full body relaxation, it is a guided talk into a state of complete harmony. It is a powerful technique that is appropriate for absolutely everyone.
